How to make the order:

 

  1. find the goods which you want
  2. put the goods in a basket
  3. check up contents of a basket
  4. pass to registration of the order and authorize ( register)
  5. choose the address of delivery
  6. see the information on the order and confirm the order
  7. check up the status of the order

 

 

  1. To find the goods which you want

 

You can choose the goods both in categories, and by means of “search”.

 

  1. To put the goods in a basket and 3. To check up contents of a basket

 

Near to each name there is a button “in a basket “, pressing on this button, you put the goods in a basket.

 

At any moment you can look contents of your basket, by pressing on the reference “basket” in the top menu.

 

In a basket you can change quantity of the ordered goods (for example you would like to get 3 pieces of one goods). In this case, in the column “quantity” put the necessary number and press the button “update a basket”.

 

Also you can remove any goods from the order by pressing button “Remove “.

 

In the bottom of a basket cost of your order with the account of delivery across Estonia is displayed.

 

  1. To choose the address of delivery

 

By default the address of delivery coincides with the registration address. If you want, that delivery has been carried out to other address, simply change data during registration of the order. Delivery across Estonia is carried out by free of charge usual mail. Also paid delivery by the courier is possible. Cost can be looked on a site – www.kuller.ee. In this case it is necessary for you to specify it in the order (in a field “Note” on last screen of the order).

 

  1. To see the information on the order and to confirm the order

 

After you have chosen the address of delivery and a way of payment, you get on page with the full description of your order.

 

Here you will see the address on which delivery, the list of the ordered goods, a way of payment and cost of the order will be carried out. In a field “Note” you can leave special remarks (for example, the request for delivery of a cargo by the courier).

 

By pressing button “Confirm” you confirm the order and it gets to us on processing.

 

The letter of the order with the full description will come to you. After the manager will check up the order, the reference to your Basket of the order will be sent to you. Depending on the way of payment, chosen by you in a basket will be specified the reference to the Internet-bank or requisites of bank for payment by standard means.

 

 

  1. To check up the status of the order

 

After pressing button “Confirm “, the screen with the message “Thank for the order!” will open. It means that the order is accepted.

 

In the future, you can always learn the information on a condition of the order in Section of the buyer. To enter into Section of the buyer it is possible from any page of a site.
